Gold and Silver Local ADDY Wins for Work With LUBA Workers' Comp

Rockit Science Agency took home a gold and silver ADDY at the local American Advertising Awards (AAA) show for their work with LUBA Workers’ Comp, a regional workers’ compensation carrier. The Agency won awards for two sales promotion entries titled, “LUBA Lagniappe” and “LUBA Difference Box.” Both projects were developed as a B2B tool to reinforce LUBA’s approach to business and the company’s values to its intended target audience: independent insurance agents. The work contained branding, collateral, direct mail, unique swag drops, and an animated video.

The AAA is the advertising industry’s largest and most representative competition, attracting over 40,000 entries on the local level each year. The awards celebrate the best creative in the industry and because of its three-tiered judging process—local, regional, and national—is considered one of the most competitive contests of its kind. Winners on the local level advance to the second tier and will compete against all work within its region. Rockit Science Agency is headquartered in Baton Rouge, LA.; therefore part of District 7, which represents 19 affiliate advertising clubs and federations of the AAF across five states including Alabama, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Tennessee. Winners of the regional level will then advance to the third tier competing against all advertising agencies across the nation.
