Transparency has become big business within the health insurance industry. BlueCross BlueShield of Louisiana selected Rockit Science Agency to design two brochures that highlight transparency communications and quality measures related to corporate financial reporting.

An interactive flash application and a mini website design were created to guide the user through all levels of transparency with BlueCross BlueShield of Louisiana. Both the brochure and interactive websites served as resources for policy holders to understand how their healthcare dollars were being utilized.
Information Architecture
Healthcare can be extremely confusing to consumers. Rockit Science was tasked with putting the healthcare process in a visual format that would be informative and allow users to select the path that best suited their needs.
