Rockit Science Agency, a full service advertising, public relations and interactive website agency located in Baton Rouge, La., received a Silver Award in the 2009 National ADDY Advertising Awards competition for their work on a LUBA Workers’ Comp interactive website. The ceremony was held June 6th in Washington D.C.
“This is the highest honor an advertising agency can receive. Going up against the largest ad agencies in the country, and winning, is both a humbling and accelerating experience,” said Brad BonGiovanni, President of Rockit Science Agency.
With more than 55,000 entries annually, the ADDY Awards are the world’s largest and arguably toughest advertising competition. In 2009, Rockit Science Agency previously won four ADDY advertising awards at the Regional Awards and 16 ADDY awards, including a Special Judge’s Award, at the Baton Rouge Awards.
“We are very excited to win this award; it is a testament to our team’s hardwork and passion to provide our national, regional and Baton Rouge clients a superior interactive website service,” said Josh Dickerhoof, Creative Director/Principal at Rockit Science Agency.
The ADDY Awards are presented by The American Advertising Federation, a not-for-profit industry association, through its 200 member advertising clubs and 15 districts.
