Brad Bongiovanni, president and creative director, and Josh Dickerhoof, partner and art director, now offer strategic marketing, advertising, public relations, interactive and creative thinking. Brent A. Sims, former marketing director for the Mall of Louisiana/General Growth Properties, has become vice president of marketing and a partner.

The new office makeup will include six marketing, design and public relations professionals.
